How Will the Children Be Taught?

We believe in teaching Spanish in an authentic, meaningful, and engaging way. Children are surrounded by the Spanish language throughout their day while reinforcing familiar routines in English. Educators use animated gestures and hands-on activities to ensure comprehension while fostering creativity, socialization, and kinesthetic learning. This interactive approach brings language to life.

Our program integrates the Sonrisas Spanish Curriculum—a standards-based, sequential framework enriched with music, role-playing, storytelling, and art. This research-based approach helps children build confidence, cultural sensitivity, and self-expression, promoting both academic and social success.

Integration into the Kindergarten | In Junior Kindergarten and Kindergarten, Spanish is seamlessly woven into daily classroom activities. Students explore exciting themes like seasons, animals, and cultural celebrations through engaging Spanish lessons. This integration allows children to naturally build their language skills while connecting with the world around them in creative and meaningful ways.

After-School Spanish | For children ages 3 to 6, our after-school Spanish program offers a dynamic environment to build language skills. Through interactive lessons, music, role-playing, and games, young learners develop confidence and a love for language while exploring diverse cultures. This program is designed to spark curiosity and make learning fun!
